1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Uninflate (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. If you are creating an account on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. What the Service provides

Uninflate is a free price-comparison tool that shows grocery and household product prices from participating retailers so you can find the lowest price. You may browse without an account; creating an account lets you save shopping lists, set a ZIP code, and access store-specific prices.

3. Price accuracy

We work hard to keep prices current, but we cannot guarantee that any price shown is exact or in effect at the store right now. Retailers change prices frequently — sometimes daily or even within the same day — and the price you see on Uninflate may differ from the price at the register. Prices are gathered on a scheduled basis and reflect a point in time, not a live feed. Always confirm the final price at the store before purchasing. 4. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.
• Attempt to access, alter, or disrupt the Service, its data, or its sources.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our price data or content at scale without permission.
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to access the Service in a way that degrades it for others.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.

6. Intellectual property

The Uninflate name, logo, site design, and original content are owned by us. Product names, images, and retailer trademarks belong to their respective owners and are shown for comparison and identification only. Nothing on this site implies endorsement by any retailer.

7. Third-party links, retailers, and affiliate relationships

The Service references retailers and may link to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, prices, privacy practices, or any purchases you make through them. Any transaction with a retailer is between you and that retailer.

Uninflate may participate in affiliate, referral, or partner programs with retailers and other third parties — for example Walmart, Target, Amazon, Instacart, or others. This means we may earn a commission or receive other compensation when you follow certain links from our Service or make a qualifying purchase or sign-up with a partner. Such compensation never changes the price you pay, and it does not influence how we rank or compare prices: our comparisons are based on the price data we collect, not on any partnership.

8. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uninflate and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service — including, but not limited to, acting or not acting on a price shown on the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Uninflate harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time. We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, without notice.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Uninflate operates, without regard to conflict-of- law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
